Grace Baptist Church is seeking a Senior Pastor to lead and guide our congregation in fulfilling the great commission in reaching this community with the Gospel and supporting missions abroad.  Our church is a non-traditional independent Baptist church.  We are an Elder led church in which the Senior Pastor is the lead Elder. Responsibilities:

The Senior Pastor will be responsible to faithfully preach and teach the Word of God, provide Pastoral care, and oversee all church ministries as the Lead Elder with the counsel of Elders.

Qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree in Christian Ministry and/or Bible theology

Ordained

Proven leadership and communications skills

Commitment to the great commission

Love for the Lord and love for His people
